بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ
S yisem n LLAH, AMEḤNIN, ARAḤMAN
94:1

1 Day ur ak Ncelleḥ ara idmaren ik?
1 Did We not (Alam') expound (-Nash'rah') * your bosom (Sod'ra-ka) for you (s) (Laka) ? (20:25)

2 Nekkes ak taɛkkwemt ik,
2 And (Wa) We put down (Wado'naa) your burden (Wiz'ra-ka) away from you (s) (Änka)
94:3

3 ihban aɛrur ik.
3 which (Ellazii) had overloaded (Anqado) your back (s) (Zoh'ra-ka)
94:4

4 Nefka azal i ism ik.
4 and (Wa) raised (Rafa'naa) your reputation (Thik'ra-ka) for you (s) (Laka) ?

5 Ih, cedda s talwit.
5 For (Fa) indeed (Inna), with (Maä) hardship (El'Us'ri) there will be ease (Yus'raa) .

6 S tideţ, cedda s talwit.
6 Indeed (Inna), with (Maä) hardship (El'Us'ri) there will be ease (Yus'raa) .

7 Ma ur tceɣwleḍ, elhi d laxeṛt ik.
7 So (Fa) when (Izaa) you (s) are vacant (unoccupied) (Farag'ta), then (Fa) toil (Ensob’) ,

8 Eṛɣeb ɣef Mass ik.
8 and (Wa) then (Fa) wish (Er'gab) to (ilaa) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) .
