And (Fa) when (Iz') they do not (Lam') bring (Ya'tu' Bi) the witnesses (Es'Shuhadaai), then (Fa) they (Humu) are those (U'laaika) who are the liars (El'Kaathibuun) in front of GOD (Endallahi) .

64 Verily (Alaa) indeed (Inna), to GOD belongs (Lillahi) whatever (Maa) is in (Fii) the heavens (Es'Samaawaati) and the earth (Wal' Ar'di). HE already (Qad') knows (Ya'lamu) what (Maa) you (Antum') are up to (Älai'hi). And (Wa) the day (Yaw'ma) they will be returned (Yur'jauuna) to HIM (ilai'hi), then (Fa) HE will inform them - (Yunabbiu hum) of what (Bimaa) they had done (Ämilu'). For (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is aware of (Äliim Bi) all (Kulli) things (Shai'in) .
