1 S tmersulin, ta s ta!
1 By (Wa) the transmitters (El'Mur'salaati) * of custom (Ur'faa) ,

2 Iţṣuḍun s lqewwa.
2 and (Fa) those who storm (El'Ääsifaati) with tempest (Äs'faa) ,
77:3

3 Ḍeṛṛḥent aneḍṛuḥ.
3 and (Wa) the publishers (En'Naashiraati) of announcement (Nash'raa) ,
77:4

4 S tid ifeṛqen akken iwata.
4 and (Fa) the differentiators (El'Faariqaati) of discrepancy (Far'qaa) ,

5 Ssawaḍent asmekti,
5 and (Fa) the deliverers (El'Mul'qiyaati) of remembrance (Thik'raa)

6 i ssmaḥ neɣ i uɛaggen.
6 as excuse (Uz'raan) or (Aw') warning (Nuth'raa) ,

7 A d ias, s tideţ, wayen i wen iţţuwaɛɛden.
7 indeed, what (Innamaa) you are promised (Tuu'äduuna) will (La) take place (Waaqiu) .

8 Itran, ma xsin;
8 So (Fa) when (Izaa) the stars (En'Nujuumu) have been obliterated (Tumisat') ,

9 igenni ma inceqq;
9 and (Wa) when (Ithaa) the sky (Es'Samaau) has been separated (Furijat') ,

10 idurar ma ţwiṛṛẓen;
10 and (Wa) when (Ithaa) the mountains (El'Jibaalu) have been blown up (Nusifat’) ,

11 imazanen, ma d lweqt nnsen;
11 and (Wa) when (Ithaa) the messengers (the Angels) (Er'Rusulu) have stamped the time (Uqqitat') ;

12 for (Li) what (Ayyi) day (Yaw'min) has it been delayed (Ujjilat') ?

13 For (Li) the Day of Decisiveness (Yaw'mil' Fas'l) !

14 Anwa a d ak imlen d acu t wass n ufraz?
14 And (Wa) what (Maa) will make you (s) know (Ad'raa-ka) what (Maa) is the Day of Decisiveness (44:40) (Yaw'mul 'Fas'l) ?

15 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 1

16 Did We not (Alam') annihilate (-Nuh'liki) the predecessors (El'Awwaliin) ?

17 Sinna, Nerra ineggura deffir sen.
17 Then (Thumma) We followed them (Nut'biu-humu) with the later generations (El'Aakhiriin) ?

18 Akka ay Nxeddem i ibeɣwḍiyen.
18 Thus (Kathaalika) did We deal (Naf'älu) with (Bi) the criminals (El'Muj'rimiin) .

19 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 2

20 Day ur kwen Nexliq ara si cwiṭ n waman?
20 Did We not (Alam') create you (p) ’ (Nakh'luq kkum) from (Min) a despised (Mahiin) liquid (Maain) ,

21 and (Fa) placed it (Jaäl'naa-hu) in (Fii) a deep-rooted (Makiin) base (Qaraarin)

23 and (Fa) We estimated (Qadar'naa), and (Fa) the estimation (El'Qaadiruun) was wonderful (Ni'ma) ?

24 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 3

25 Day ur nerra ara tamurt d ayen ijemɛen
25 Did We not (Alam') make (Naj'äli) the earth (El'Ar'do) adequate (Kifaataa)

26 wid idren, akked wid immuten.
26 for the living (Ah'yaa”an) and (Wa) the dead (Am'waataa) ?

27 Nerra degs idurar ɛaooṛen. S waman iẓidanen, Nesswa kwen.
27 And (Wa) We placed (Jaäl'naa) therein (Fiiha) towering (Shaamikhaatin) anchors (mountains) (Rawaasiya) and gave you (-kum) sweet (Furaatan) water (Maa'an) to drink (-As'qai'naa-) ?

28 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 4

29 Take off (Entoliquu') to (ilaa) what (Maa) you have been (Kuntum) denying (Tukathzibuun Bihi) .

30 Ddut ar tili m kraḍ idurna!
30 Take off (Entoliquu') to (ilaa) a shelter (Zillin) of (Thii) three (Thalaatin) branches (Shuäb)

31 Ur tesburru, ur tesdaray si tmes iṛeqqen.
31 without (Laa) shade (Zoliilin), and (Wa) the flame (Ellahab) does not (Laa) spare (Yug'nii Mina) .

32 Neţţat teṭṭegiṛ ifṭiwjen, am lebṛuj aɛlayen,
32 Indeed, it (Innahaa) will shoot (Tar'mii Bi) sparks (Shararin) as (Ka) a castle (El'Qas'r) ,

33 amzun d ileɣwman iwṛaɣen.
33 as if they (the sparks) (Ka'annahu) were yellow (Suf'r) camels (Jimaalatun) .

35 Assa, d ass ideg ur d ţmmeslayen.
35 This (Haatha) is a day (Yaw'mu) they will not (Laa) speak (Yantiquun) ,

36 I usuter n ssmaḥ, ur sen ţserriḥen.
36 nor (Walaa) will they be permitted (Yu'zanu La-hum') to (Fa) apologize (Ya'tathiruun) .

37 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 6

38 Assa d ass n ufraz. Nessemlal ikwen akked imezwura.
38 This (Haatha) is the Day of Decisiveness (Yaw'mul' Fas'li); We have gathered you (p) (Jama'naa-kum') and (Wa) the predecessors (El'Awwaliin) .

39 Ma tundim, andit iyI!
39 So (Fa) if (In) you have (Kaana Lakum') a scheme (Kai'dun), then (Fa) trick ME (Kiiduuni) .

40 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 7

41 S tideţ, di tili akked tliwa, ara ilin wid iţḥezziben.
41 Indeed (Inna), the pious (El'Muttaqiina) will be in (Fii) shades (Zilaalin) with (Wa) spring waters (Uyuuni)

42 Lfakia, d ayen ccihwan.
42 and (Wa) fruits (Fawaakiha) of what (Mimmaa) they desire (Yash'tahuun) .

43 Eččet tesswem, di lehna, ilmend n wayen txeddmem!
43 “Eat (Kulu') and (Wa) drink (Esh'rabu') pleasantly (Haniiaa) for what (Bimaa) you have (Kuntum') done (Ta'maluun) . “

44 Ih, akka ay Neţkafi izedganen.
44 Indeed (Innaa), thus (Kathaalika) will We reward (Naj'zii) the benevolent (El'Muh'siniin) .

45 Woe (Wai'lun) to the deniers (Lil' Mukathzibiin), on that day (Yaw'maithin) . 8

46 Eččet, zzhut cwiṭ kan, kunwi, war ccekk, d ibeɣwḍiyen!
46 “Eat (Kulu') and (Wa) enjoy (Tamattau') for a while (Qaliilan); indeed, you (the deniers) (Innakum) are criminals (Muj'rimuun) .”

48 Ma nnan asen: "ṭṭinzet"! Ur ṭṭinizen.
48 And (Wa) when (Ithaa) they are told (Qiila La-humu), "Bow down (Er'kau'), " they will not (Laa) bow down (Yar'kauun) . (68:42-43)
