1 Por (Wa) el cielo (Es'Samaai) y (Wa) el que llega de noche (Ettoariq)
¡Por el cielo y el astro nocturno!
1 By (Wa) the sky (Es'Samaai) and (Wa) the night comer (Ettoariq) *.
86:2

2 Y (Wa) qué (Maa) te (s) hará saber (Ad'raa-ka) qué (Maa) es el que llega de noche (Ettoariq)
Y ¿cómo sabrás qué es el astro nocturno?
2 And (Wa) what (Maa) will make you (s) know (Ad'raa-ka) what (Maa) is the night comer (Ettoariq) ?

3 Es la penetrante (Etthaaqib) estrella (En'Naj'mu)
Es la estrella de penetrante luz.
3 It is the piercing (Etthaaqib) star (En'Naj'mu) .
86:4

4 Si (In) toda (Kullu) alma (Naf'sin) no tiene (Lammaa) guardián (Haafizu) sobre ella (Alai'ha)
No hay nadie que no tenga un guardián.
4 If (In) every (Kullu) soul (Naf'sin) has no (Lammaa) guardian (Haafizu) over it (Alai'ha) ,

5 Que (Fal') el ser humano (El' Insaanu) observe (Yanzuri) de qué (Mimma) fue creado (Khuliq)
¡Que considere el hombre de qué ha sido creado!
5 then let (Fal') the human being (El' Insaanu) observe (Yanzuri) from what (Mimma) he was created (Khuliq) .

6 Fue creado (Khuliqa) de (Min) un eyaculado (Daafiq) líquido (water) (Maain)
Ha sido creado de un líquido fluente,
6 He was created (Khuliqa) from (Min) a spurting (Daafiq) liquid (water) (Maain) ,
86:7

7 que sale (Yakh'ruju) de (Min) entre (Bai'ni) la columna (Es'Sul'bi) y (Wa) las costillas (Ettaraaib)
que sale de entre los riñones y las costillas.
7 coming out (Yakh'ruju) from (Min) between (Bai'ni) the spine (Es'Sul'bi) and (Wa) the ribs (Ettaraaib) .
86:8

8 Ciertamente, ÉL (God) (Innahu) es (La) capaz de (Qaadiru Älaa) hacerlo volver (Raj'e-hi)
En verdad, Él es capaz de volverle,
8 Indeed, HE (God) (Innahu) is (La) able to (Qaadiru Älaa) bring him back (Raj'e-hi)
86:9

9 el día en que (Yaw'ma) la conciencia (Es'Saraair) será examinada (Tub'laa)
el día que sean probados los secretos
9 on the day (Yaw'ma) the conscience (Es'Saraair) will be trialled (Tub'laa) ;
86:10

10 entonces (Fa) no tendrá (the human) (Lahu) ningún (Maa Min) poder (Quwwatin) ni (Walaa) auxiliador (Naasir)
y no tenga ya fuerza ni quien le auxilie.
10 thence (Fa) he (the human) will have (Lahu) no (Maa Min) power (Quwwatin) or (Walaa) helper (Naasir) .
86:11

11 Por (Wa) el cielo (Es'Samaai) que por sí (Thaati) retorna (Er'Raj'e)
¡Por el cielo periódico!
11 By (Wa) the sky (Es'Samaai) self (Thaati) returning (Er'Raj'e) ,
86:12

12 y (Wa) la tierra (El'Ar'di) que por sí (Thaati) se agrieta (Es'Sod'e)
¡Por la tierra que se abre!
12 and (Wa) the earth (El'Ar'di) self (Thaati) cracking (Es'Sod'e) .
86:13

13 Ciertamente, esto (Innahu) es (La) una decisiva (Fas'lu) declaración (Qaw'lun)
Es, en verdad, una palabra decisiva,
