1 Juro por (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) el Día (Yaw'mi) de la Resurrección (El'Qiyaama’)
¡No! ¡Juro por el día de la Resurreción!
1 I swear by (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) the Day (Yaw'mi) of Resurrection (El'Qiyaama’) *,
75:2

2 y (Wa) juro por (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) el alma (Ellawwaama’) que reprocha (En'Naf'si)
¡Que no! ¡Juro por el alma que reprueba!
2 and (Wa) I swear by (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) the blaming (Ellawwaama’) soul (En'Naf'si) .
75:3

3 Acaso (A-) el ser humano (El' Insaanu) piensa (-yah'sabu) que Nosotros no podremos (Allan) reunir (Naj'maä) sus huesos (Ezoama-hu)
¿Cree el hombre que no juntaremos sus huesos?
3 Does (A-) the human being (El' Insaanu) think (-yah'sabu) that We cannot (Allan) assemble (Naj'maä) his bones (Ezoama-hu) ?
75:4

4 Ciertamente, (Balaa) Nosotros somos capaces de (Qaadiriina Älaa An) recomponer (Nusawwiya) las yemas de sus dedos (Banaana-hu)
¡Claro que sí! Somos capaces de recomponer sus dedos.
4 Certainly (Balaa), We are able to (Qaadiriina Älaa An) fix (Nusawwiya) his fingertips (Banaana-hu) .

5 Más bien, (Bal') el ser humano (El' Insaanu) se dispone (Yuriidu) a (Li) actuar inmoralmente (Yaf'jura) ante sí (Amaama-hu)
Pero el hombre preferiría continuar viviendo como un libertino.
5 Rather (Bal'), the human being (El' Insaanu) intends (Yuriidu) to (Li) act immoral (Yaf'jura) ahead of him (Amaama-hu) .

10 ese día, (Yaw'maithin) el ser humano (El' Insaanu) dirá: (Yaquulu) "Dónde (Ai'na) está la huida (El'Mafarr)
ese día, el hombre dirá: «Y ¿adónde escapar?»
10 on that day (Yaw'maithin), the human being (El' Insaanu) will say (Yaquulu), "Where (Ai'na) is the escape (El'Mafarr) ?"

11 ¡No! (Kalla) No (Laa) será auxiliado (Wazar)
¡No! ¡No habrá escape!
11 Nay (Kalla)! He will not (Laa) be assisted (Wazar) .
75:12

12 Ese día, (Yaw'maithin) hacia (ilaa) tu SEÑOR (s) (Rabbi-ka) está la morada (El'Mus'taqarr)
Ese día, el lugar de descanso estará junto a tu Señor.
12 On that day (Yaw'maithin), to (ilaa) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) is the residence (El'Mus'taqarr) .
75:13

13 Ese día, (Yaw'maithi) el ser humano (El' Insaanu) será informado (Yunabbau') de lo que (Bimaa) adelantó (Qaddama) y (Wa) retuvo (Akkhar)
Ese día, ya se le informará al hombre de lo que hizo y de lo que dejó de hacer.
13 On that day (Yaw'maithi), the human being (El' Insaanu) will be informed (Yunabbau') of what (Bimaa) he sent forth (Qaddama) and (Wa) held back (Akkhar) .
75:14

14 Más bien, (Bali) el ser humano (El' Insaanu) estará bien informado sobre (Basiira’ Älaa) sí mismo (Naf'si - hi)
¡Más aún! El hombre testificará contra sí mismo,

15 aunque (Walaw') presente (Al'qaa) sus excusas (Maääthiira-hu)

17 "Ciertamente, (Inna) a Nosotros nos corresponde (Älai'naa) su recopilación (Jam'ä-hu) y (Wa) su lectura (Qur'aana-hu)
¡Somos Nosotros los encargados de juntarlo y de recitarlo!
17 "Indeed (Inna), upon Us (Älai'naa) is its collection (Jam'ä-hu) and (Wa) its reading (Qur'aana-hu) .

18 "Así que (Fa) cuando (Izaa) Nosotros lo leamos, (Qura'naa-hu) entonces (Fa) sigue (Ettabi') su lectura (Qur'aana-hu)
Y, cuando lo recitemos, ¡sigue la recitación!
18 "So (Fa) when (Izaa) We read it (Qura'naa-hu), then (Fa) follow (Ettabi') its reading (Qur'aana-hu) .

19 "Luego (Thumma) ciertamente, (Inna) a Nosotros nos corresponde (Älai'naa) su aclaración (Bayaana-hu)
Luego, a Nosotros nos toca explicarlo.
19 "Then (Thumma) indeed (Inna), upon Us (Älai'naa) is its clarification (Bayaana-hu) ." (6:105)

20 ¡No! (Kallaa) Más bien, (Bal') amáis (Tuhibbuuna) la existencia mundana (El'Ääjila’)
Pero ¡no! En lugar de eso, amáis la vida fugaz
20 Nay (Kallaa)! In fact (Bal'), you love (Tuhibbuuna) the worldly existence (El'Ääjila’)

y descuidáis la otra vida.

22 Ese día, (Yaw'maithin) unos rostros (Wujuuhu) estarán radiantes (Naadira’)
Ese día, unos rostros brillarán,
22 On that day (Yaw'maithin), some faces (Wujuuhu) will be bright (Naadira’) ,

23 mirando (Naazira’) hacia (ilaa) su SEÑOR (Rabbi-haa)
mirando a su Señor,
23 looking (Naazira’) at (ilaa) their LORD (Rabbi-haa) .
75:24

24 Y (Wa) ese día, (Yaw'maithin) otros rostros (Wujuuhu) estarán ceñudos (Baasira’)
mientras que otros, ese día, estarán tristes,
24 And (Wa) on that day (Yaw'maithin), other faces (Wujuuhu) will scowl (Baasira’) ,
75:25

25 pensando (Tazunnu) que (An) hay una desgracia (Faaqira’) que se hará (Yuf'äla) a ellos (Bihaa)
pensando que una calamidad les alcance.
25 thinking (Tazunnu) that (An) there is trouble (Faaqira’) to be done (Yuf'äla) to them (Bihaa) .
75:26

26 ¡No! (Kallaa) Cuando (Ithaa) la ascensión (Ettaraaqiy) haya llegado (Balagati)
¡No! Cuando suba hasta las clavículas,
26 Nay (Kallaa)! When (Ithaa) the ascension (Ettaraaqiy) has reached (Balagati)

27 y (Wa) quien (Man') va a ascender (Raaq') sea mencionado (Qiila)
se diga: «¿quién es encantador?»,

28 Y (Wa) él supondrá (Zonna) que esto (Annahu) es la separación (El'Firaaq)

30 Ese día, (Yaw'maithin) hacia (ilaa) tu SEÑOR (s) (Rabbi-ka) es el arrastre (El'Masaaq)
ese día la marcha será hacia tu Señor.
30 On that day (Yaw'maithin), to (ilaa) your LORD (s) (Rabbi-ka) is the drift (El'Masaaq) .
75:31

31 Pues (Fa) él ni (the disbeliever) (Laa) dio limosna (believed) (Soddaqa) ni (Walaa) oró (Sollaa)
No creyó, ni oró,
31 For (Fa) he (the disbeliever) neither (Laa) gave alms (believed) (Soddaqa) nor (Walaa) prayed (Sollaa) , (35:29)
75:32

32 sino que (Walaakin) desmintió (Kathzaba) y (Wa) se apartó (Tawallaa)
antes bien, desmintió y se desvió.
32 but (Walaakin) he denied (Kathzaba) and (Wa) turned away (Tawallaa) .

33 Luego (Thumma) fue a (Thahaba ilaa) su gente, (Ah'li-hi) pavoneándose (Yatamattoa)

35 Pues (Thumma) es más merecido (Aw'laa) para ti (Laka) y (Fa) más merecido (Aw'laa)
¡Sí! ¡Ay de ti! ¡Ay!
35 For (Thumma) it is more deserving (Aw'laa) for you (Laka) and (Fa) more deserving (Aw'laa) .

36 Acaso (A-) el ser humano (El' Insaanu) piensa (-yah'sabu) que (An) será dejado (Yut'raka) en vano (Sudaa)
¿Cree el hombre que no van a ocuparse de él?
36 Does (A-) the human being (El' Insaanu) think (-yah'sabu) that (An) he will be left (Yut'raka) in vain (Sudaa) ?

37 No era (Alam' Yaku) una gota (Nut'fatan) de (Min) excitado (Yum'naa) semen (Maniyyin)

38 Luego (Thumma) se convirtió (Kaana) en un coágulo, (96:2) (Älaqatan) y (Fa) fue formado (Khalaqa) y (Fa) organizado (Sawwaa)

40 Acaso (A-) ese (Thaalika) no (-lai'sa Bi) es capaz de (Qaadirin Älaa An) dar vida a (Yuh'iya) los muertos (2:28) (El'Maw'taa)
Ese tal ¿no será capaz de devolver la vida a los muertos?
40 Is (A-) that (Thaalika) not (-lai'sa Bi) being able to (Qaadirin Älaa An) give life to (Yuh'iya) the lifeless (2:28) (El'Maw'taa) ?
