En el nombre de DIOS, el CLEMENTE, el MISERICORDIOSO

1 Cuando (Ithaa) el cielo (Es'Samaau) se haya hendido (Enshaqqat')
Cuando el cielo se desgarre
1 When (Ithaa) the sky (Es'Samaau) has split up (Enshaqqat') *
84:2

2 y (Wa) haya escuchado (Athinat') a (Li) su SEÑOR (Rabbi-ha) y se haya vaciado (Huqqat')
y escuche a su Señor -como debe ser-,
2 and (Wa) has listened (Athinat') to (Li) its LORD (Rabbi-ha) and became hollow (Huqqat') ,
84:3

3 y (Wa) cuando (Ithaa) la tierra (El'Ar'du) se haya extendido (Muddat')
cuando la tierra sea allanada,
3 and (Wa) when (Ithaa) the earth (El'Ar'du) has spread out (Muddat')
84:4

4 y (Wa) haya arrojado (Al'qat') cuanto (Maa) hay en ella (Fiiha) y (Wa) se haya desprendido (Takhallat')
vomite su contenido, vaciándose,
4 and (Wa) has cast out (Al'qat') whatever (Maa) is therein (Fiiha) and (Wa) relinquished (Takhallat') ,
84:5

5 y (Wa) haya escuchado (Athinat’) a (Li) su SEÑOR (Rabbi-ha) y se haya vaciado (Huqqat')
y escuche a su Señor -como debe ser-...
5 and (Wa) has listened (Athinat’) to (Li) its LORD (Rabbi-ha) and became hollow (Huqqat') .
84:6

6 Oh tú, (Yaa Ayyuha) ser humano! (El' Insaanu) Ciertamente, tú (Innaka) te afanas (Kaadihun) hacia (ilaa) tu SEÑOR, (Rabbi-ka) con afán, (Kad'han) y (Fa) LO encontrarás (Mulaaqii-hi)
¡Hombre! Te esfuerzas con denuedo en encontrar a tu Señor y Le encontrarás.
6 O you (Yaa Ayyuha) human being (El' Insaanu)! Indeed, you (Innaka) are toiling (Kaadihun) to (ilaa) your LORD (Rabbi-ka), toil (Kad'han) and (Fa) meet HIM (Mulaaqii-hi) .
84:7

7 Entonces (Fa) en cuanto a (Amma) quien (Man') reciba (Uutiya) su registro (Kitaaba-hu) en (Bi) su mano derecha (Yamiini-hi)
Aquél que reciba su Escritura en la diestra
7 Then (Fa) as for (Amma) one who (Man') is given (Uutiya) his record (Kitaaba-hu) to (Bi) his right hand (Yamiini-hi) .
84:8

8 así (Fa) él (Saw'fa) será juzgado (Yuhaasabu) con una sencilla (Yasiiraa) cuenta (Hisaaban)
será juzgado benignamente
8 Thus (Fa) he will (Saw'fa) be held accountable (Yuhaasabu) with a simple (Yasiiraa) reckoning (Hisaaban) ,
84:9

9 y (Wa) volverá (Yanqalibu) a (ilaa) su gente, (Ah'li-hi) alegre (Mas'ruuraa)
y regresará, alegre, a los suyos.
9 and (Wa) will turn around (Yanqalibu) to (ilaa) his people (Ah'li-hi), cheering (Mas'ruuraa) .
84:10

10 En cuanto a (Wa Amma) quien (Man') reciba (Uutiya) su registro (Kitaaba-hu) detrás de (Waraa'a) su espalda (Zoh'ri-hi)
Pero aquél que reciba su Escritura detrás de la espalda
10 As for (Wa Amma) one who (Man') is given (Uutiya) his record (Kitaaba-hu) behind (Waraa'a) his back (Zoh'ri-hi) ,
84:11

11 así (Fa) él (Saw'fa) será invitado (Yad'u') a la destrucción (Thubuuraa)
invocará la destrucción,
11 thus (Fa) he will (Saw'fa) be invited (Yad'u') for destruction (Thubuuraa)
84:12

12 y (Wa) arderá (Yas'laa) en llamas (Saeeraa)
pero arderá en fuego de gehena.
12 and (Wa) will burn (Yas'laa) in flames (Saeeraa) .
84:13

13 Ciertamente, él (Innahu) había estado (Kaana) divirtiéndose (Mas'ruuraa) entre (Fii) su gente (Ah'li-hi)
Vivía alegre con los suyos,
13 Indeed, he (Innahu) had been (Kaana) having fun (Mas'ruuraa) among (Fii) his people (Ah'li-hi) ;
84:14

14 ciertamente, él (Innahu) pensaba (Zonna) que (An) nunca (Lan) volvería (come back) (Yahuur)
creyendo que no iba a volver.
14 indeed, he (Innahu) thought (Zonna) that (An) he will never (Lan) return (come back) (Yahuur) .
84:15

15 ¡Ciertamente! (Balaa) Ciertamente, (Inna) su SEÑOR (Rabba-hu) estaba al tanto de él (Basiira Bi-hi)
¡Claro que sí! Su Señor le veía bien.
15 Certainly (Balaa)! Indeed (Inna), his LORD (Rabba-hu) was cognizant of him (Basiira Bi-hi) .
84:16

16 Así (Fa) juro por (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) el arrebol (Es'Shafaq)
¡Pues no! ¡Juro por el arrebol vespertino,
16 So (Fa) I swear by (Laa' Uq'simu Bi) the afterglow (Es'Shafaq) ,
84:17

17 y (Wa) la noche (Ellai'li) y lo que (Wamaa) carga (Wasaq)
por la noche y por lo que congrega,
17 and (Wa) the night (Ellai'li) and what (Wamaa) it loads (Wasaq) ,
84:18

18 y (Wa) la luna (El'Qamari) cuando (Ithaa) está bien ordenada (Ettasaq)
por la luna cuando está llena,
18 and (Wa) the moon (El'Qamari) when (Ithaa) it is well-ordered (Ettasaq)
84:19

19 que (La) seréis compuestos (Tar'kabunna) etapa (Tobaqaan) tras (Än) etapa (Tobaq)
que habéis de pasar de uno a otro estado!
19 that (La) you will be assembled (Tar'kabunna) course (Tobaqaan) by (Än) course (Tobaq) .
84:20

20 Por qué (Fa) ellos (Maa Lahum') no (Laa) creen (Yu'minuun)
Pero ¿qué les pasa que no creen
20 So (Fa) why do they (Maa Lahum') not (Laa) believe (Yu'minuun) ?
84:21

21 Y (Wa) cuando (Ithaa) el Corán (El'Qur'aanu) se les lee (Quria) a ellos, (Älai'himu) no (Laa) se postran (make obeisance) (Yas'juduun)
y, cuando se les recita el Corán, no se prosternan?
21 And (Wa) when (Ithaa) the Koran (El'Qur'aanu) is being read (Quria) to them (Älai'himu), they do not (Laa) prostrate (make obeisance) (Yas'juduun) ? (32:15)
84:22

22 Más bien, (Bali) los que (Ellathiina) no creen (Kafaru') desmienten (Yukathzibuun)
¡No! Los infieles desmienten;
22 Rather (Bali), those who (Ellathiina) disbelieve (Kafaru') are denying (Yukathzibuun) ,
84:23

23 pero (Wa) DIOS (Ellahu) conoce lo que (A'lamu Bimaa) ellos atienden (Yuu'uun)
pero Alá conoce bien lo que ocultan.
23 but (Wa) GOD (Ellahu) is aware of what (A'lamu Bimaa) they pay attention to (Yuu'uun) .
84:24

24 Así que (Fa) anúnciales (Basshir'hum) de (Bi) un doloroso (Aliim) castigo (Äzaabin)
Anúnciales, pues, un castigo doloroso!
24 So (Fa) announce to them (Basshir'hum) of (Bi) a painful (Aliim) punishment (Äzaabin) ,
84:25

25 excepto (illa) los que (Ellathiina) creen (Aamanu') y (Wa) hacen (Ämilu') buenas obras. (Es'Soalihaati) Tendrán (Lahum) una recompensa (Aj'run) sin (Gai'ru) deuda (Mam'nuun)
Quienes, en cambio, crean y obren bien, recibirán una recompensa ininterrumpida.
25 except (illa) those who (Ellathiina) believe (Aamanu') and (Wa) do (Ämilu') good deeds (Es'Soalihaati). They will have (Lahum) a reward (Aj'run) without (Gai'ru) indebtedness (Mam'nuun) . (95:6)
