28:7 and 20:39 both use اليم without a name. 20:39 says the chest will be cast by the water onto the shore where an enemy picks it up; still no name, no country. If we put a pin on any river we are adding what the verse does not say. I propose the moment stays unpinned and the evidence panel records the silence, with any proposed identification shown as grade C or D on the wiki rather than on the map.
What's happening
وُضِعَ is passive, set down or appointed. Every other occurrence of the root in the Quran is listed in the attached table. Claim: the verse is about appointment, not construction.
The 1915 text is public. Finding #1 tables the six articles; two members have attached the National Archives scan. Needs 25 votes to enter the ranking.
Two occurrences in the whole Quran. One carries a baby, one carries sakīna and relics. Asking for both syntactic frames before anyone concludes.
A member in Tipaza offers to take bearings this week. What would count as evidence, and what grade could it reach?
